The first page you see after logging in — a quick snapshot of money in/out, fees, and your store's current balance.

Overview

This is the first page you land on every time you log in. It's designed so you can glance at it once and immediately know how your store is doing — how much came in, how much went out, how much you paid in fees, and how much you currently have left in the system — without having to click through several pages.

What is this page

Overview summarizes all of your store's financial activity for the time range you choose, in a single page. If you want to know "how much did I sell in the last 24 hours?" or "how much money moved in and out this month?", this is the page to open first.

Number What it is
1 Time Range picker — pick a preset (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) or a custom date range (default is the last 30 days)
2 Refresh button — reloads the data without reloading the whole page
3 5 summary cards: Total Pay-In, Total Pay-Out, Total Withdrawal, Total Fee, and Net Flow
4 Wallet balance banner — only shown if your store has a wallet configured
5 Daily bar chart — compares Pay-In / Pay-Out / Withdrawal amounts for each day in the selected range

What you can do here

View a summary for a specific time range

Change the time range at the top and every number on the page updates instantly. Pick "7 days" for a quick look at the past week, or set a custom range to compare against last month.

Read each summary card

  • Total Pay-In — all the money customers paid you during that period, with the transaction count
  • Total Pay-Out — money you paid out to others (e.g. refunding a customer or paying a partner)
  • Total Withdrawal — money withdrawn from the system into your real bank account
  • Total Fee — the combined fees deducted on both the Pay-In and Pay-Out sides during that period
  • Net Flow — Pay-In total minus Pay-Out total; if it's positive (green), more money came in than went out

Check your current balance

If your store has a Wallet enabled, you'll see a large number showing the current balance. For a detailed balance history, see the Wallet tab on the Merchant Info page.

The bar chart below helps you see which days sold well and which days had unusually high payouts — useful for spotting anomalies faster than scanning through individual records.

Good to know

  • This page has no merchant filter — it only shows the store you're currently working in. If you manage multiple stores, switch stores from the menu at the top first.
  • Want more detail, like a day-by-day table or your most frequent payers? Head to Report & Analytic.
